A pre-start meeting is held to personally introduce you to your dedicated project team and align expectations. This ensures a transparent, well-structured journey from the outset.
A Guided Process
You are supported throughout by a single, coordinated team. We provide a clear programme of works, highlighting key milestones and decision points, allowing you to remain involved without feeling burdened. Detail, Completion & Handover

We provide a comprehensive handover, including a full induction to your new home, detailed handover manual, warranties, certifications and a complete record of specifications and finishes. Our relationship does not end at handover. A dedicated aftercare team is introduced to support you as you settle in, ensuring any adjustments are addressed promptly and professionally. Your home benefits from a 12-month defects period and a 10-year structural warranty, providing long-term reassurance.
